6th graders were hard at work in math class today!
In Ms. Beck's class students are exploring the living organisms in various ecosystems, such as, swamp, rainforest and desert. Students are realizing that there is a balance that needs to be kept in the ecosystems as they assemble a food web for the specific ecosystem they are assigned to study.
Congratulations to these outstanding Stallions! They have been selected to advance to the Region VII Social Studies Fair.

Ms. Coe's class has been researching, writing, and creating projects about the Titanic.
Some students created the Titanic in a Minecraft World, others created a paper mache model, and there was even a Titanic cake!

This week our 8th grade Stallions participated in the West Virginia State Treasurer’s "Get a Life" program.
This is a financial literacy simulation for 8th-grade students, teaching them to manage monthly budgets, pay bills, and make career-based financial decisions.
